Coloured Roofs
Coloured roofs are an effective way to enhance the heritage feel of distinguished period property.
We can supply any RAL or BS colour in any style of roof and applied to all visible aluminium and PVC components. And because Quantal control everything by applying the automotive-grade acrylic paint formula at 600c in their own spray booth we know that the coloured roof finishes match the quality of every other aspect of Quantal. The result is a totally colourfast and durable finish, fully guaranteed.

Natural
Quantal Natural is an internal real-wood finish that works perfectly with timber frames. Natural allows timber conservatory suppliers to swap their complex, labour intensive timber roofs for a simple, versatile aluminium Quantal design without compromising the internal aesthetics.
Natural can be worked just like timber – it can be stained, varnished or painted to perfectly match the side frames. The cappings can also be stained and clipped into place at final fix to avoid damage.
The real advantage of Natural lies not just in its aesthetics. A Quantal conservatory roof takes much less time to install than a timber roof. It is a structurally engineered roof that is allows more design versatility than timber and is much quicker to install. Once installed, a Quantal aluminium roof is more durable and requires less maintenance than a timber design.
Heritage Architrave
Our new architrave system brings the great looks of Quantal inside. It is fully
adjustable and, like the exterior, its careful detail gives a stylish period
appearance. Available in white or woodgrain finishes, with a matching
selection of internal and external cover angles, the system is fully adjustable
with variable height settings and simply clicks into place.
Airscape Roof Vent
Airscape is the universal aluminium roof vent that is compatible with all roofing systems – aluminium, PVCU and timber. Available in bar length or fully fabricated, Airscape is thermally broken and has a 300o Pascal pressure rating, the highest weathering rating on the market.
Widespan
Widespan glazing bars make creating large lean-to conservatories much simpler. They enable designs up to 4.25 metres with 700mm centres for glass roofs or 5.25 metres for polycarbonate roofs – without the need for portal frames, purlins or bolster bars. Widespan’s capabilities reduce costs, speed up installation and increase the design scope of larger lean-to projects. Widespan can also cope with snow loading up to 1.0KN/m3, making it suitable for installations across the North East.
