Steps in building a Paramount Conervatory 

• Firstly, a qualified surveyor will visit the site ensure that all the dimensions and measurements are correct on your base plan in the area you will be building your conservatory.
• The concrete base is laid according to base plan that has been designed.
• The dwarf-wall (if applicable) is built in accordance to the base plan.
• The external cills are then positioned in place, these are usually factory manufactured to your required specification so they should match measurements of your dwarf-wall and concrete base.
• The first frame is secured to the house with fixings that should be supplied with the conservatory.
• The frames are then positioned and joined together with special connectors.
• The doors are then positioned and connected to the frames with connectors.
• The last frame connected should be the one that is connected to the house.
• The fully fitted roof ridge and hip bars are fitted into place above the frames.
• Roof rafters are then fitted into place in between the roof ridge and hip bars.
• Depending on your finish polycarbonate roof glazing sheets are fitted.
• Decorrative roof cresting and finial of your choice is then clipped into place.
• Clip-on guttering and downpipes are then fitted.
• The frames and Doors can then be glazed. With colour of your choice.
