Paramount launches its Green View Initiative, get up to £1500...

A GLASS ACT FOR A GREENER VIEW

Paramount, The Home Improvement Company, one of the North East's leading suppliers in stunning conservatories, orangeries and replacement upvc windows and doors, is setting the standard to become the North East’s market leader in providing the ‘greenest’ products and services by launching their latest initiative this week.

Sustainable enviroment

For a more sustainable environment Paramount have launched their most recent scheme by ensuring all waste materials are properly recycled, help customers to save money by reducing their fuel bills but also offer a subsidy to replace their outdated and inefficient windows, doors and conservatories.

Paramount want to encourage homeowners to replace their existing upvc windows, frames and sealed units, in excess of 10 years old, in exchange for their high-energy efficiency range argon gass filled upvc windows and a guarantee any waste materials will be recycled.

In return they will also offer upto £1,500 replacement subsidy for every order taken until 31 October 2008.

Derek McLaren, Sales Director of Paramount says “We’re all aware about caring for our environment and reducing our carbon footprint in our day-to-day lifestyle. So it is in our best interests to show how a company such as ours can be accommodating these opportunities for our customers.

The windows and doors have vastly improved over the years and research has shown that our upvc windows and door products are up to 55% more efficient in maintaining heat therefore reducing fuel costs and ultimately saving money.

As part of the promotion we are also offering free energy efficiency surveys and free heat tests to establish what you could be literally throwing away.”

Partnership in recycling

Paramount are further cementing their partnership with local company, JBT Waste Services based in Bedlington, who offer a complete waste management service and specialise in collecting all types of waste including wood, glass, pvcu materials and dig outs and ensure everything is recycled avoiding landfill sites.

Richard Watson, Sales Manager, says “JBT have been operating for 40years and is the largest independent recycling and waste management company in the North East.

We’re delighted to work in partnership with Paramount with their latest venture as more people are conscious about their environment and look at all different ways to reduce their carbon footprint. We hope that working with Paramount that we can help reach their targets in recycling now and in the long term.”

Think about the Enviroment

This latest scheme is designed not only to make consumers think about how efficient their current windows, doors and conservatories are but to understand the use of pvcu in Paramount’s products.

Graham Auld, Managing Director, says “Introducing this new initiative is unique in our industry. We’re hoping to put people’s minds at rest knowing the products and services they receive from Paramount are in the best interest for our environment.

The use of pvc is low maintenance, fully recyclable and versatile whilst offering excellent insulation and making savings in fuel bills over the years. We want our customers to be more pvc aware and to understand about the benefits we encourage our customers to visit www.pvcaware.org for further information.

Our own websites, www.paramountconservatories.com and www.paramountorangeries.com will also be a resource of information.”
